Carbon reduction bribe, I guess the 3 billion chinese are going to reduce their carbon "footprint" too? You think the US caused environmental damage, mark my words, in 20 years China will be the biggest environmental disaster we have ever seen, it will make the US industrial revolution look like earth day.

We all know the money for this fell from the sky, WE didn't pay for it with OUR tax dollars :cantlook:
