i have a 1990 chrysler fifth ave. it has an original aaverage 21mpg. rating from its production of year of 1990, (now it is 20 years old and gets maybe 15 mpg),,,,

am i able to take advantage of this 'cash for clunkers'??

just wait, next they will have declining revenue from less gas being sold, so they will raise the gs tax because they are not collecting as much.
