I can't find a 4595 anywhere in St. Peter's, MO., so I ordered one yesterday from the LGS. He was pretty close to the Internet price so I pulled the trigger (ha, get the pun).

He did have a used 995 for $199. I may pick that up too if he still has it when I pickup the 45.

Be foolish not to. Classic or TS? Good deal either way. It'll become one of your favorites.

It was a TS with the scope and foregrip.

Speaking of Mall Ninjas, here is a link to the original thread that started the term's use.

    You'll laugh your ass off!

I've perused it before, and it might hands down, be the most epic case of delusional grandeur ever!.... Especially when his compatriot in the dark arts of mall ninja joins him....

I'm pretty sure they may have been related.... Or taking the same meds anyway.

All I can say is that you need a good couple of free hours to properly enjoy the ramblings of I'm Gecko45. Once you start reading that, it's hard to stop.

By the way, Cheaper Than Dirt has a lot of Hi Points for very reasonable prices if you want something new. Only $10 shipping, too. The unfortunate FFL transfer fee will be the only real stinger.

Well this just stinks. My carbine is still not in at the LGS.

Yeah, but by the time you pay shipping and the transfer fee they cost more.

Carbine came in today. Picked it up after work. While I was there I picked up a smaller pistol, Sccy CPX-1, for my wife (the hi-point was just to big for her). I think the slide on the cpx is stronger than on the hi-point.

    Unfortunately the 995 was sold.
