I picked up a new 4595TS this morning to go along with my 995. Going to put a red dot on it and fire it tomorrow. I've wanted a 45 for a while but I'm not crazy about the TS stock. But, it looks like if I'm going to have a 45 it's going to be the TS. Now, to remove those stupid springs from the stock......

Congratulations. I think you'll really like the .45 carbine. One of the first rifles I owned and still fun to shoot.

I've been looking for a used 4595. I want to put it into a 4095 Classic Camo stock?

HP mags are cheap and they work. I'll just use them.

I took the springs out of the stock, put on a red dot, and shot several rounds through it this afternoon. I really like the idea of the .45 but I much prefer the old style stock of my 995. Maybe I'll adjust to it.

When I'm ready to start, I will be asking for advice!
Do you know somebody with experience in such an undertaking?
Wouldn't know where I could pick up a 4095 Camo stock for CHEAP?

Will the .45 drop into the 40 stock without modification?
