I received a replacement trigger for my 4095 and after a small bit of filing, I am very happy to report that it worked flawlessly and made my carbine look dramatically more 'professional'.
If anyone out there wants to do this to their 40, it's an easy install and goes very well with the operating handle. I have not painted mine yet as I want to admire the new bling on my 'scary black rifle'.
Thanks, Bushman!!! I wish I had your skills, but I am very happy to simply take advantage of them!
I would put an Emoticon, but none of them accurately express my satisfaction.

Where did the filing have to be done? Base of the trigger, just where it starts to curve upward?

exactly right, fractions of an inch of course. I had it all taken apart and adjusted/installed in less than an hour.

  4. I will be cutting a new batch today with the corrections in place. Hopefully to start selling soon.
