Picked up a 380 with the compensator and it is a very nice pistol, works great not sure the compensator does much unless i had hotter rounds but i like the way it looks and it gives it a 4 inch barrel instead of 3.5.
Some Thingmeister grips and a desert tan slide and it would look even better!
too bad Hi-Point is so reluctant to add or change things just different paint schemes i'm sure would dramatically increase sales.

WELCOME from the home state of Hi Point!

When a company sells everything they make, while working nights & weekends, it is difficult to think about selling MORE?

Paint it, it's a cheap gun, you won't hurt anything.:p

Thanks to Hi Point for leaving color scheme alone so you'll be forced to dealt with forum members for cool upgrades/appearance at a affordable cost. :)

It's not cheap, it's good value for the dollar. Add sarcasm :) here

I ordered the 380 and its not in yet but I thought it was a small pistol. So it's like a full size compact?

Exact same size as the C-9

I would say larger than a glock 19!

Dang I assumed it would be small like most 380s but that's cool n now that I found cheap ammo at a Wal-Mart I can't wait for mine to come in:)

All .380's are tiny. The only way that my CF380 comp would be Tiny is if I gave it that nickname. So I did. :)
It's a big gun, bigger than my .38. I don't mind, though. It shoots everything I feed it these days... unless I forget to put powder in before seating a bullet.

Pretty much full size. Upside for CF380 is recoil is much less compared to most smaller .380 handguns.

  19. That's why I want to get one for my wife, my old .380 isn't reliable, needs a new slide and it would be hard for her to handle the recoil.
