Welcome from North Texas. Too bad your user name isn't radio Gaga or radio Googoo. I know it's a lame queen reference but what the heck.

A good Roger Waters album is better than a cheesy Queen song any day.

Welcome to the Best Forum on the Internet!

I once lived in NJ near NJ Turnpike exit #5 for four years.

I left as soon as I could after finding out I would have to surrender my fingerprints just to buy an air rifle circa 1993.

Haven't missed the State at all.

    Sto Lat!

Thanks for the welcome's everyone. I am a .45 carbine owner myself. Love it!

Yes, Radio Kaos is a phenomenal album. Pink Floyd, more phenomenal.

I am hoping to move right over the boarder to PA by the end of the year.

    Welcome from the great southwest!

When I was in the Navy in great lakes, ill. I stood in line for 11 hours to get tickets to see pink floyd. That was in 1987.

I got transferred before the concert and had to sell my ticket.

One of the only regrets in my life was missing that concert. They never toured again.

I seen Pink Floyd in 1977 on their Animals tour, and again in 1987 on their Momentary Lapse of Reason tour, both in Cleveland @ the old Browns Stadium. Both GREAT shows!!!

  12. Not trying to hijack your thread or anything Kaos.

I saw Pink Floyd in 1987 in Lexington Ky. Saw them again in 1994 in Indianapolis. My all time favorite group.

    Might as well pipe up.
1987, Providence Civic Center, Providence, RI.
Saturday saw Roger Waters (Radio KAOS)(w/ Eric Clapton on guitar & Phil Collins on drums).
Following Friday saw Pink Floyd (Momentary Lapse).
    Scored shrooms for both shows
    Best week of college ever.

I've heard that the 'Laserium' light shows at planetariums that featured the music of Pink Floyd were quite an experience. *(especially on shrooms)

    *I wouldn't know, I've never done shrooms.
