They're priced well, starting at $297 on Gunbroker, and the CZ-style slide-inside-frame is cool. Pictures on the net also show good grip texturing. Don't know how EAA came up with the name, but overall a cool gun. Does anyone have a Witness?

I have it's first cousin, a SAR K2. It's a Turkish military version in 45acp. 15 rounds. Best shooting 45 I have. Even better than my match 1911.

LOL, yeah, agreed, odd naming system.
The 10mm longslide "CZ Style" is even worse, called that on the

    "WITNESS HUNTER"

Sounds like a hitman gun, for killing those
    about to testify against the mob! :D ;) :D

It comes with 1 magazine. I ordered 3 extras from EAA in Miami for $25 each. Took 4 days for delivery.

I'll help you fund the witness by taking that glock 20 off your hands...

I also want a witness 10. The Hunter is sweet, but I'm leaning towards the 4"barreled all steel one if the chance ever arrives.

Right now there is just too many priorities in front of any new handgun purchase.

Meh. It's not that bad, even in a compact polymer.
Although, after a mag or two, you do feel like shooting some nice gentle 9mm.
Sadly, my Witness P is a jam-o-matic, I need to send it back to the EAA folks, or sell it to someone with more time to fiddle with it than me.

My LGS has a EEA 10mm been looking at it. But keep telling myself I don't need it or want then I look at it again :-(

If I could afford a Witness Hunter, I'd buy a Luger.

The Witness is nice. Unfortunately they have gotten more expensive. Wish I'd gotten one when the steel frames were $100 less.

Ajole, I'd like to know what your experience with EEA's customer service is, I like the guns but have heard their warranty service isn't easy to deal with so I'm curious.
