Soon you will have to build them for threaded barrels when the newer model HP's come out. These look nice!

there's no bullet contact so can't these be made a little thinner, shorter, and maybe lighter material? looks like a heavy thing out on the end of the barrel. not to be a killjoy, just wondering.

I started making them with a smaller diameter and they didn't look right at all. So I settled on this size. You won't notice the few ounces extra weight. At least I haven't.

The HP original probably is lighter. It's Zamack, and is an ornament, scary, and non functional.
