I just signed up a couple of weeks ago. I have 995TS, which I love, what a blast to go plinking with. I've run 2000+ rounds through her without so much as a hickup, burp or fart... I just added the Shroud and Flash Hider over the weekend.. Please ignore the set screw, I'm going to mount a rail under the shroud, and use ithe set screw hole for the front attachment point. The threaded flash hider holds the shoud in place.

    Another welcome,

    Nice shroud and flash hider.

Question: How do you have the flash hider held securely mounted to the barrel; or, do you somehow have the flash hider attached to the shroud?

I assume the threaded flash hider will screw on?

Which I assume means the barrel is, or will be threaded?

    It does look pretty good!

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!

The flash hider is threaded on the barrel compressing the shroud slightly into the foregrip. I threaded the barrel (5/8x24 die from Brownells), made my own TAT. The Shroud has .25" removed from the "discharge end" and the put on backwards. The inlet end is conical (see pic) and I machined the flash hider down to match the cone. The shroud and flash hider are both from "Amazon"
