Hi,

My name is Chris aka Cisco. I live in NH. Own a 22/45 ruger semi auto pistol and a S&W 9mm SW9E semi -auto pistol with 16 round mags. I just purchased my first HI-Point last night. Brand new still in the box 9mm Carbine. Got it home last night stripped it down and cleaned it and now can't wait to try it out. Probably have to wait until this Sunday. Ammo is getting hard to find but I managed to score 25 boxes of 115gr 9 mm Blazin from Walmart today! That ought to hold me for a while. This looks like a great forum.

Other hobbies: 4-wheelin in my 78 cj5, hiking, snowboarding, golfing, riding (78 Harley fxstc).

Oh yeah I need a job. If anyone knows of an MIS/IT/HELPDESK/Administrator type opportunity in Southern NH or Mass let me know!

Thanks!

Thanks for the welcome's! A lot of people are doing some cool mods to the 995's in here. For now I plan on keeping mine pretty much stock. I may end up painting it at some point. I was thinking of a dark forest green for the stock and flat or maybe gloss black for the steel. Oh and I definately plan on getting another carbine possibly the 40 or 45 caliber when the new stocks are standard issue. My next two purchases are going to be a Ruger LCP (just waiting for it to come back with the upgrades) and a Ruger 10/22 rifle which I plan to add the Archangel deluxe kit to. One can never have enough guns! 8)

Here is the link to the above mentioned archangel kit for the 10/22.

I have only been shooting for a couple of years and rarely at that. I am now beginning to really get hooked though. I just found an outdoor shooting range that is only 12 minutes from my house. I have a sponsor and plan to join at their next meeting!
