I've noticed Walmart is now carrying some cheaper costing NV monocular for less than $150 and wondering if anybody has tried them out and can give a report? Always thought they would be something useful to have as a home need since the prices over the years have come down while the enhancements have gone way up for what one gets.

I've been threatening too since they popped up at my local wally's. But then I remember I would use them twice and then lose, break, or forget I had it then when I did somehow remember AND have an actual use... the batteries would be dead and corroded in the housing.
