Nite sights for my JH45

As owners of this model know, there is no good option for attaching any kind of light or optic on it.

So I called MOM and asked this question: "I have a factory set of Sig Lite night sites. If I have a gunsmith install them what happens to my warranty?" The rest of the gun is covered. If the slide fails and breaks I would have to purchase a new one for $25. The tech also said that it should be durable enough to not fail, but I believe he was just covering his six.

I'm thinking I might just go ahead with this option. After all it is my bedside gun.

Taking a quick look at mine it seems the rear sights should be easy to replace. I am not sure what can be done with the front. Let us know how that turns out.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, why not just grab some glow-in-the-dark paint?

Glow in the dark requires a light source to "make it glow." The front sight has some on it now.

    The Sig Lite are tritium.

The install would require a dovetail or two.
