Just recently my notifications quit coming to my email. I can post, but not being notified when an answer occurs. Any ideas? Options boxes are like they were. All are turned on.

I'm getting mine too, 0,0 try checking your Spam Folder, sometimes
folks accidentally hit "spam" instead of "delete" and it gets diverted.
I have done that before...

Nothing is working to get them back. Cleared all cookies, cache, and browser History.
Also cleared and reset my board options also.
It was Dec 13 or 14 that they quit. I have no idea what to try next. Suggestions????

Did you block the emails form HPFF?
That's all I can think of

On my Huhesnet email, we only have a Spam box. The one I told you I found, was transferred back to inbox. We have no blocking function.

My idea is it's something with your email which I can't fix unfortunately. If everyone else is getting there's it really seems like your box is the issue.

    Sorry about that.

Now, that being said, did you contact your service provider?

No, I have not at this time. All other boards etc still work just fine.
May have to try that also. If, I can get any help from Hughesnet.

What email client are you using? Outlook? Thunderbird?

If you are using the web based email they provide, go into your web based email at hughs.net and look at the "Filters" and "Trusted Addresses" options on the left hand of the screen. Check to make sure you did not accidentally create a filter and add the sending address of the forum to the "Trusted Addresses".

Depending on your email client, you may have to change a setting in there as well.

Using Firefox browser. Hughesnet is the email page in any browser. Filters show I have none set up. There is no "Trusted Address" section I can find.

Do you guys know the exact email address that the forum uses to send notifications?

Perhaps if I plug that into my address book it may help? I put one in there, but not positive it is the right one.
