What are the odds that Hi Point will ever start making higher capacity mags for their carbines? I mean, mags that are actually made for or endorsed by Hi Point?

Dunno. But if they wanted to do it, they would have long ago I suspect.

I know that the anti-gun folks already have it in for Hi Point. Do you think that has a lot to do with it?

    None, zero, nada.
None of the pistol or carbine designs allow for double stack.
Up to now HP has been 10 round compliant for the States that require it.
A HP Carbine was used during Columbine which basically guaranteed no hicap mags under the old ownership.

If it was me, and the old reason was that I thought a 10 round limit would hold off the anti-gunners, I would now say SCREW IT, 30 Rounds for EVERYONE!
CuZ HP is on nearly all the "Ban Lists" and "Hit Lists" anyway!

SPIT Right In Their EYE!!! :D

    (cuz That's how MOLE ROLLS!)

Pffft. Now if he had some of Trumps money and could actually do something about it, it might be impessive. ;)

I'm on his short list for VP :D

We're not going to try and add a "moderate" VP candidate,
as the Repubix usually do :p

redesign to allow the use of Glock 100 round drums for the 9mm and other high capacity sticks/drums for the other calibers, too.

    My best advise?
    Buy another gun.
Why can't Glock make a gun that looks more like a 1911?
    Same thing.

Chance of a hi-cap Hi Point magazine? I am still betting on slim to none.
