I've just received my Ceramic Bore Liner Kit from Otis. My HP-45 is a "Tack Driver" off a rest at 25 yds., so I don't know if I can improve on that. Should improve accuracy on my "long" guns.

Will let you know.

:zombie: Undead Thread!

More thread resurrection. Strangely, I've never heard of this stuff. Anyone here have an opinion? I'm not sure how this sort of "treatment" could help, but, then again, I know that skilled shooters swear that seasoning a freshly cleaned barrel with a half dozen rounds which have been molly lubed improves accuracy. Maybe this works the same way?

Peace favor your sword,
Kirk

I have heard of their product but have not used it. All it is doing is depositing a nitride material into the open "pores" of the barrel when it is heated by firing a series of rounds coated with each step of their process. I believe it is a three step process. Allegedly, after depositing the material it makes the barrel smoother by filling in any "pores"/imperfections; same as what is claimed by the molly folks.
