According to Ammoland, Judge Schlegelmilch has issued a statement that he will be ruling favorably, issuing a Summary Judgment, for Polymer80 and striking down major parts of Assemblywoman Sandra Jauregui (D-Las Vegas) AB286 Bill which "generally prohibits a person from possessing, purchasing, transporting or receiving any unfinished frame or receiver of a firearm, or assembling any firearm not imprinted with a serial number."
