Hi All,

It is safe to fire rifled slugs through my Winchester Defender right?
I am pretty sure it can handle rifled slugs, but I just need some reassurance before I try it.

I'm not familiar with that model, but as long as it's not backbored, or overbored. You should be fine.

The Defender is the factory extended magazine "home defense" shotgun. Should have a cylinder bore choke, essentially no choke at all. You are good to go with slugs.
