This is the 9th's court ruling that ruled the California magazine ban unconstitutional under the 2nd, the fundamental right to self defense, them being an arm and not them being unusual.

It's really isn't to bad of reading, there isn't as much legal verbiage like there is in some of these things. It may be worth while reading and bookmarking for future reference.
