Hey guys! I'm new here and new to plinking. I just got a Savage 64 and I would like to mount a scope on it. It already has a grooved receiver and I want to make sure I get the right mounts. The info I have been able to decipher is that I need some 1" tip-off rings. The thing throwing me off is the many types or rings and mounts. Weaver, Leupold, etc... I would appreciate any advice about rings and mounts as well as the best budget scope. Thanks to you all. Mill419
