Almost done with my latest project, a tacticool Mossberg 835..............

A ATI adjustable stock and forarm, ATI adjuster wedge, Mossber 18.5 inch cylinder bore barrel and a Choate manufacturing +2 magazine extension (cut down to match barrel length but it still accepts 7 rounds of 2.75 12 guage). I like the 835 platform due to the fact it will accept 3 inch and 3.5 inch shells not really nessisary for a defense shotgun, but I like it all the same...........

All right.....goddammit. WHERE did you find that barrel? I have been looking for an 18.5 for mine since I bought the thing. Is that the 535 conversion barrel? Or a genuine 835 barrel that will let you shoot the 3.5 shells?
Man, that shotty is so smokin', it requires air-conditioning!! Nice!

The only place to get is from Mossberg. It is stamped 835. Just call them at 1-800-363-3555. Part#12946 BBL ASM 835 18CBBS BLUE. 100 dollars plus 8.95 shipping and handleing wasn't to bad. I looked for a long time, even on mossbergs web site, finally had to e-mail them and ask (they don't list it on thier site) it is considered special order and takes about a month to get. And yes, it will handle the 3.5 inch shells (or so it says on the barrel). Hope this helps.......
100 dollars
Thats more than I paid for the gun...new from Gander, lol.

That does help. Thank you.
I like that paint job. 8)
Gotta love the 'ol 835's. Mine is 16 years old and never had any problems with her.
