first trip to the range with my new 995.....was shooting 50yds. I sent 50 rounds down the range and they were all hittin about 2:00,very consistantly....Now,my dumb question is....obviously I need to make an adjustment. To lower my point of impact,I would lower the rear sight adj.-correct? now the question...to move my shot to the left a few inches,do I move my windage adj. to the left or to the right? I realize it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out ....maybe I'm just havin a blonde moment :-[ any help will be appreciated!

Move the rear site the direction you want the POI to go /raise the site the POI will raise also etc. --RR--

Thank you for the reply. I guess that makes sense. I was convinced that if I wanted to adjust my shot 3-4 inches to the left to hit my bullseye, I should move my rear sight to the right.......don't ask me how I came up with that theory!? Oh well...back to the range soon and hopefully I'll dial it in. Thanks again!
