I've noticed a decent amount of gouges, chips, scratches etc. on the inside of my slide, ejector port, on the bottom of the barrel and the top of my feed ramp. I'm assuming these are the results of jams but should I worry that these will affect the operation of the pistol or are they just superficial? I've also noticed that the pins that hold my ejector and the pin behind the trigger look like the are slowly wiggling out while I shoot and I have to keep banging them back in...

That doesn't sound to good.
I would call HP & talk to one of the Tech's. Most likely they will have you send it in for repair.

I have the same chipping around where the rim of the brass shell seats to the barrel.
Does not seem to effect the performance of the gun.

Some of the gouges, like the feed ramp and on the inside roof of the chamber, will actually improve performance. I have a shiny smooth gouge on the roof of the chamber that helps the rounds chamber, and the casings eject, better.
