Got this stroller for $7, stripped it to frame.
Wheel Tire Car Vehicle Bicycle tire

Took off the plastic wheel guard.
Attached a MOLLE II Rifleman rucksack bag to it with only the addition of two straps formerly from an ALICE pack shoulder pad set, on the lower corner tabs. In theory, a LARGE MOLLE or FILBE main bag could fit, but either one requires some sewing to attach additional lash straps to connect to the stroller frame. I still have done nothing with the double wide frame seen in the back. This smaller stroller would be good for when we go car camping, or just trail camping as theres the side straps to connect a tent to, lower straps for compression sack for sleeping bags, and the extra frame space for another MOLLE II rifleman ruck.. although I could also attach ATV handlebar racks to the frame for two rifles..as the ruck have claymore pockets that have snaps for the MOLLE II 6 mag bandolier.

Now you need a scabbard and magazine storage, and a cup holder.

I might also leave the fender on. Keeps it from rubbing anything you might put below that bag, and keeps it from flinging stuff up at your bag.

I have to agree with ajole about that front fender. Less for wife to wash for you after use. :)

Scabbard; nah. Gun rack mounts, sure. Faster access. Magazines go into USGI bandolier which snaps into the MOLLE rifleman ruck's claymore zippered pocket. Fender.. we'll see. I had taken it off to put a board or something similar to hold up ammo cans. Right now that fender thing is somewhere in the overloaded storage unit. Cupholder? Lol nah. I'm more likely to hang canteen pouches off the handlebar ;) for the 1qt canteens. I could also mount ALICE 2qt canteen covers on the ALICE webbing below the claymore pocket, if more water is warranted. Don't know who makes a canteen cup holder.

Get a military belt, put it around the uprights, affix it with straps or lashing, and hang all kinds of stuff there.
The military 1 qt holder holds a stove and cup along with the canteen.
Rothco and Lighthouse for the Blind make the 2 qt holders. Probably others.

But a handlebar mounted canteen carrier similar in concept to the bolt on one at the top picture? No one makes those hahahha. Yeah, I can utilize my MOLLE canteen carriers, and the ALICE 2qts from USGI sources (both camo green and desert tan)...

Not too far removed from some of the carts I have seen at Cowboy Action Shoots. I like it. It does need a rifle rack though.

Or maybe a pintle mount so it can be used on aircraft as well...

The plan is for two sets of single gun mounts for ATV handlebars/racks, the V/U shaped ones that mounts via U bolts. Probably will start with one set first, and figure the 2nd set later.

Something like these? Military Systems Group, Inc. | ATV gun mounts and accessories for Polaris Dagor, MRZR & Polaris Ranger | Military Systems Group

Whats the weight restrictions on the carts? Because you tend to overload all your stuff. Like I do. I have to step back and go Its nice to have this shit but I don't need it to get into or out of the fight. Just a thought. KISS method prevails always.

Small one said up to 50lbs of kid on the old fabric seat held by screws, and 10lbs in the bottom basket that attached to lower frame. So estimating a max load of 75 pounds (60 plus 15 extra safety margin). The larger double wide frame according to the maker, is rated for 150 pounds.

I finally acquired the ATV handlebar gun racks from Graspur; and mounted them. Now I just gotta figure a good ammo carrying method that doesn't involve much sewing hahahha. Thinking the MTM Casegard 50 cal tray?
