Always use a credit card for online orders and phone in orders as then you can dispute the transaction if it goes south... not trying to bust chops just sayin for the benefit other members.

Get a better card.. I have never heard of such a thing... I have disputed several internet transactions that were with companies in CA and had no problem.The crappy thing about my credit card (which was recently stolen) is that out of state charges can't be disputed.
