Hi everyone, I just picked up 3 stallard pistols ( 2-9mm and 1-45) they are missing mags and are in need of repair. Can I still send these to MOM or will I need to bring them to a gunsmith?

Mom will fix them all. No doubt, no question.

The 45 is a Haskell, not a Stallard, and has to go to a different factory for repair.

Ok thanks! I picked 3 up for $40 a piece not sure if that is a good deal or not since they need some work but I will ship them to mom.

Considering Hi-Point will repair them or replace them with updated models for free, that is a great deal.

    *Update*

MoM is no longer repairing flat grip Stallards (I assume this means Mavericks too). If you send one in it will be replaced.

Natural progression. Microsoft won't supply security updates for Vista. Your local Ford dealer won't rebuild your 58' Edsel. To be honest, I'm surprised they still fix anything that doesn't have "Hi-Point" in the rollmark.

  12. While that is bad news for you collectors.

its great for the rest of us :p take a chance on a stallard 9 and its broken, send it in and get a c9 back!?!?!?! sounds perfect

It's bad news if you're still looking for one, good news if you have one. The more that get taken out of circulation, the more the rest are worth.

If you send in an older model pistol and it’s not repairable (frame fractured) , does Mom change the all magazines to the newer model? Thanks.

If you send in a unrepairable gun and 5 magazines, they will replace the gun & 5 magazines, if that is what your asking?

I always call before I send a gun in & talk to a tech. I had a non working Stallard I bought off GB. He said that he could no longer repair it, but he could send me the parts. so I took his parts to a local gunsmith and he repaired it.

Will Mom be able to fix a broken aluminum frame? Or better yet will she?

You're most likely going to get your serial number on a brand new gun.

Ok, so she most likely won’t try and weld it back? It cracked under the slide retainer, near the rear of the frame.
