And this was what it looked like after I put it back together and racked the slide with a full mag. Then when I pulled that mag out.

Looks like the cartridge is nudged forward and slightly pointing downward. Geez, now I gotta go and check mine
Just checked mine. The first rnd shucked in fine, but the 2nd, 3rd and 4th felt as if they were going nose first into the base of the feed ramp. I felt contact and then the rnd pushed past it. Maybe they won't do this during live fire, but I surely will find out. Joshone, you may have started something here . But, it's better to find out now than later.

Agreed @outlaw. The first round in mine was in proper place before inserted in the grip I just can't figure it out.

I just loaded my brand new C9 and experienced this exact issue. Fully loaded 8/10 round mags. Pulled the slide back to chamber a round and the slide gets stuck on the bullet.

I've had a similar issue with my C9. It was with Sierra 124 JHP ammo. I couldn't get it to chamber so I didn't shoot any. All other types of ammo load and shoot fine, so I'm not sure what was going on. Oh and shotshells, when loading from the mag, letting the slide go forward freely busts the shot capsule. But here's the Sierra ammo I'm having an issue with.
