Survival Game: Big / Small Game Prep Guide

Was wondering if anyone was interested in helping to compile a game prep guide?
Sure it is all pretty basic stuff, though there are always good tips or methods we all use for these certain food sources. I was hoping a few would like to compile a list with me, a good walk through, say something detailed enough you would find in a field manual maybe even right down to meat for the pan.
