Thanksgiving here is 3-4 days of non-stop food. We're all foodies and EVERYONE is a great cook/chef except me. So let's share what everyone is enjoying this holiday. Last Night. One of my closest friend is Costa Rican and he made his traditional Paella. Fish, mussels, scallops, shrimp, and lobster cooked with short grain rice and home made fish stock. We had about 25 people gathered and couldn't finish it. Off to my S.O.s sister's house today to continue the gluttony. More to come.
