That is ripe for a lawsuite!! 1A rights are not diff on school grounds unless you are a student and it goes against board policy...

Sooner or later people are going to have to resolve themselves to being arrested unjustly. Civil disobedience works and in this instance with the camera it would give his defense a very strong case. Perhaps this is the price we must pay for allowing the take over of our country.

I saw this the other day and almost cried. To think that someone would use their position of power to force you to do something unconstitutional is just heart-breaking.

EDIT; the "I can charge you with whatever i want" Line was just disgusting. It has been weighing on my mind since I saw it. It make you wonder what exactly is our great nation coming to.

That is, I don't even know the word for it.

You can actually email his chief of police from this page, https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/contact/MailForm.aspx?agId=100742, I did, I submitted a complaint, here is what I sent.

I would like to place a complaint against Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. He violated a mans 1st Amendment right, and that is an outrage for an officer of the law. I'm am aspiring to be an LEO, and men like him make me feel embarrassed to try and get into the field of law enforcement. Officer Cheeks didn't allow a man to display a poster that was against his personal political beliefs, and said if he did display it, he would charge the man with whatever he wanted. Officer Cheeks doesn't deserve the badge you let him wear. You can see this outrageous violation of first amendment rights here.

Please get back to me, and let me know what measures you have taken to ensure that the constitutional rights of the citizens of Fairfax county will be upheld.

Most school security officers are LEO are you sure ShooterZ? Cite?

YES!! This was on another forum. One of the guys sent an email and the chief replied that he was security NOT police

I copied his email he got
Wesley Cheeks is NOT a Fairfax County police officer, he is a security
officer employed by the Fairfax County Public Schools. You may go to
http://www.fcps.edu to contact the School's Department of Communication
and Community Outreach concerning this matter. They may also be reached
by phone at 571-423-1200 571-423-1200.

Please accept my apologies for the impersonal reply; however I am trying
to give the several hundred respondents the courtesy of a timely answer.

pigs and bullies

i dont quite get the 'final solution' thing. i mean, its not like obamacare is designed to annihilate the jews is it?
Like the events that led up to the last Final Solution, BOCare in its current form would have the Feds inside your life like nothing we can imagine. From there all manner of insanity would follow as EVERYTHING affects health care costs, everything. The level of mistrust in what this administration has done and plans to do justifies the opinion that it is not that far removed from previous catastrophic encounters with socialism/totalitarianism.

so shouldn't the sign read, "The road to the final solution"? I mean, in nazi germany the final solution was the roundup of the Jews and extermination. The power grabs by the nazi party weren't part of the explicit "final solution" outlined by the fuhrer.

sorry, i will stop arguing semantics. i just get a little annoyed when people get their history mixed up in the name of sensationalism....

Not really as The Final Solution was never presented as such to the public.

The public got the work camp stories where life would not be unpleasant and every one would be cared for by the benevolent government that needed the productivity. Many bought it, some didn't but because they had been disarmed and desensitized by a constant stream of lies and loss of rights there was nothing that could be done except hide or board the trains.

I don't think its possible to over state the possible dangers of what we face now. You can either believe that or not but either way it must be stopped. If not people like that security guard may very well have real power one day and I doubt they would think twice about "following orders".

I have no use for school boards. They are like a government unto themselves, and the people have no say about what they do / say. I also think the security guard was completely out of line!

Just raising the sign and telling him do his worst would have been enough to get it done. Either he walks off(most probable) or tries to arrest you. Instant youtube fodder for the talk shows for a month in that case. Resorting to violence without justification just plays into their hands. Its already been made clear that is exactly what the BO thugs want.

On that good sir you are exactly correct, this type of guy who only "follows orders" is what makes tyrants possible. I have a feeling karma will catch up with the crossing guard one day, lets hope its on youtube when it does.
