Is that also a Rub?
I use it like a rub all the time. i especially like it on pork and chicken. Excellent on seafood too.

It’s just a boughten Cajun spice, kind of like Tony Chachere’s. I prefer the flavor of Slap Ya Mama though, and leave it on the table to use like table salt.

That stuff is dangerous. It's easy to over do it.
