Ok so I cleaned my 995 for the first time this weekend. After reassembling, I was disturbed by the way the trigger seemed to be functioning. There seems to be a lot of side to side mobility as well as a rather forceful pull required to release the firing pin. Of course, I have totally forgotten what it was like before I took it apart. Does anyone have experience with this? is there any way to give the trigger a little makeover to make it more stable and responsive? I cleaned the little "t" pin that connects the trigger linkage to the firing pin but that didn't seem to make much difference. are there aftermarket triggers that are better? should i send it in to Hi-point to have them look at it?

Bushman makes a very nice after market trigger that eliminates the side to side slop in the factory plastic one. www.bushmanparts.com
