Curious...how do I tell if my new (used) 995 is a TS? Would the TS be engraved on it? Mine just reads 995.
Thanks!

The TS has a different stock. I'm sure there's other ways, but that's probably the quickest and easiest. Unless, of course, it's been modified...

Put an empty mag in it and pull the charging handle all the way to the rear. If it locks it's a TS.

Late model classics have LRHO and stocks are easy to swap. But there's something very few will screw with. Is the trigger skeletonized or does it have 3 holes or is it solid. Skeletonized = TS.

Assuming it’s not a classic with the $40 stock upgrade.

Enough. What letter does your serial number begin with?
