    in the OCT
    some of this is in other posts...

    i am...

    a Father (all grown...all gone)

    a Grandfather (no matter how hard i tried...one did not listen about how it happens)

    a Veteran (92-98...served on an amphib...CIWS tech...lots of underway time out of Virginia)

    a Shotcaller in the family enterprise (well...mainly just keeping my Father outta trouble with Mother)

    worked in the tech industry for a long time...built truck scales...rated A&P mech...4th generation carpenter...

    hot rodder...(mopars!)

    hunter...(i've ran dogs thru the creeks and hollers chasing the raccoon...beat the maize stubble shooting pheasants...ran up and down the Rockies hunting mulies and elk...ect...ect)

    as far as religion and politics go...how/when/where i relate with the gods is my business...how/when/where you relate is your business. if you want to worship trees or llamas or a likeness of the savior on a tortilla have at it.

    politics...pretty much the same as above. my politics are pretty much "nunya". after half a century i've earned my spurs and can "politic" any way i want.

    overall...i'm like al bundy...just want to sit on the couch with a cold beverage and not get bothered.
