Immune system discovery could lead to one-jab universal flu shot
Peace favor your sword,
Sounds like another Resident Evil sequel in the works.
Or "I am Legend."
Or just take colloidal Silver...
But it's not a one-shot deal.
Since every strain of flu is a new mutation of previous strains...I kind of doubt this thing can work by "remembering" previous strains at a 100% rate.
But it could work, sort of, sometimes, like the flu shots we get now. Basically, they guess what the next year's flu will be, and breed up some vaccinations. Sometimes they get it close enough to be effective, sometimes they don't.
Yeah...... I'm with the foilhat crowd in this one...... No Bueno!
that's not how they say this one will work, however.
Peace favor your sword (mobile)
Vaccines do WORK, however, it is the crap they put in there with it which causes
all the trouble. Mercury, anyone???
I'll believe it after it's been working a while ... like a decade or more.
Got a similar avatar for you!
Umm PASS, with the globalists wanting to kill off 80% of the population...
When I hear this, I post this:
Yes, in the year 2022, they actually began giving this one-jab universal flu shot. The only problem was that it was the one that caused the zombie apocalypses.
I get a flu shot every year. Knock on wood I have not even had a cold in years.
But it is not just the shot, I wash my hands a lot, never touch or shake hands of the public, and always keep myself out of coughing sneezing distance.
ETA~~~I wish the zombie nonsense would die, it is science fiction folks! Anyone who is scared of zombies, and thinks they may exist needs professional help.
Enjoy the movies, and tv, but let's keep fantasies as fantasies.
Romero style zombies require magic. In order for muscles to move more than a few twitches there has to be a working circulatory system (that isn't leaking out on the ground) and a working energy supply system (ATP & etc.) for the chemical fuel.
That aside, we ALREADY have several infectious diseases which can, to varying degrees, approximate some or all of the most entertaining symptoms of a "zombie" (sans being dead and still able to move even when in parts & requiring a headshot to stop). The two that I like to point out are Rabies and CJD ("Mad Cow" for humans). Both can cause confusion, a zoned out "trance like" state, aggression, and (of course), eventually death.
There are others of course. But the upshot of it is, that the 28 Days style "Zombie Virus" already exists, quite literally, and, in fact, several of them. But we're not over-run with the infected.
...because we're humans and we RULE this planet. We make entire species go extinct out of carelessness and accident. Something more-or-less stupid, such as Zombies, that we were trying to destroy wouldn't stand a chance.
That said, I do enjoy watching TWD.
Peace favor your sword,
There you go, cherry picking again.
I said vaccines WORK. Here is a line I "cherry picked" from your link, but it
does back up what I said. In or Out of context.
I happen to be (like MANY people) allergic to Thiomersal.
It could even be worse for some, and the young. The problem with vaccines
is the methods of preserving them. It's a catch 22.
Must you always be the Curmudgeon?
The true fantasy, is us staying on topic, and non-pissy, for more than three posts....
There will be a widespread Zombie Horde, if SHTF ever strikes (I mean WHEN)
These Zombies will be seeking Food, and I do not mean BRAINS. But they
will have the single minded desire to get what they need, at any cost.
I agree, WW. Good Movie Fodder
Kirk, a few of the Zombie Movies show Humans prevailing.
