I don't know they're being reported to their local PD, but the excuse for the delay in Constitutional Rights is state juvenile records are being searched. This effectively bans 18-20 years olds from purchasing rifles & shotguns from dealers @ gunshows, forcing them to the private sales market or to brick & mortar gunshops.

I think New Suck passed a law partially unsealing mental health records for juveniles? The purpose was to create another red flag for the system. From what I understand, there was an algorithm written to search for key words in patient history files, automatically flagging them so the NYDCJS could report it to the FBI, blocking them from purchasing a firearm.
I just have low standards. Come from years of not having anything available but mainstream/legacy media.
