Just bought a Walther G22 from a member on SKS boards for $300 OTD plus a $10 transfer from a coworker with an FFL! Came NIB unfired with the factory scope. I am amped, can't wait to plink away, now all I need is a P22 as they take the same mags. Pics tomorrow!

Primal, you wouldn't be interested in trading the P22 for a like new 9mm KelTec P11 with belt clip now would you?

  5. Dude, if I EVER get rid of the 1 gun my wife actually LIKES to shoot, I'd be either dead or castrated or both....

    So...... No. Sorry buddy.

That sounds like a good trade. Give it a couple of months, and we'll see if my wife is still willing to carry her XD-40 Service model all the time. I might be needing to get a P11 or something similar if she doesn't want to keep carrying the XD. If you've still got it, and are still interested in a trade, I might be able to talk her into trading the P22.

    Where are you located?

Yup, She is a sweet little plinker.
Funny thing is. I own one (no scope though), have for a few years but still have not shot it.
I will have to remedy that some day.

Thanks, it has a real nice feel to it and the scope is very nice as well, I'm wondering who makes the scope for walther, anybody know? I also just added the extra stock extension (about an additional 1/2 inch), it comes with three stock extension inserts to customize the length. I can't remember, I'll have to measure but without the extensions I think it might come close to SBR territory.

It looks something like my 3-9x32 Simmons Blazer scope, but maybe yours is larger than 32mm. I took the extensions out because even with a 4 in eye relief, I had difficulty getting close enough to the eyepiece.

LOL  Yah I know I'm bad. I have more than just the G22 that I have not fired. I have a bad habit of buying guns and then getting them home and deciding they are to pretty to mess up. That and I have a lot of old favorites that I like to take shooting.

I have a 1000.00 Springfield Custom shop 1911 that has never been shot, a Ruger 9mm Carbine that has never been fired and a new Rossi 357 revolver that I just picked up. The revolver I plan to shoot next trip to the range, the others........Sitting on the fence on those.
Have a Kimber Grand Raptor 2 that I had for many years, never shot it until last year and now I regret it. It is worth more now than it was when I bought it, and if I had never fired it it would be pristine.
