Warranty Experience

    Called MoM this morning, not for warranty work, but for parts I wanted. The call was answered promptly, and I was immediately asked if I could be put on hold. OK says i, thinking here we go, but no, less than a minute later the lady was on the phone. I ordered my parts, prepared to pay, and was told they were warranty parts, no charge and I should have the parts in 7 to 10 days. A very pleasant and positive experience.
