    Washington State
    Here in Washington State we pride ourselves at being #1. We have the best dressed state patrol in the country, and now we have the highest gas tax in the country. The rest of you don't know what your missing. :?

    A well regulated militia and a well dressed state patrol are paramount to the good order and discipline of our country. High gas taxes prevent speeding. :D :D :D
