Army, is that new or old stock? I have one a lot like that somewhere around here that i have had for many years. It is not exactly like that but real close.I have not used it in a long time because it used some odd ball battery i think.

I ordered two Hank's (Amish) Gunner Belts. One brown, one black.

I needed a couple of decent leather 1-1/2" belts, to firmly control my CC holster, when I'm wearing slacks. The little 1-1/4" Wally World belts just aren't durable enough and are just a bit too narrow. I still have my 24 year old Black Basket-weave 1-3/4" duty belt, but it doesn't fit the loops on my slacks and isn't the most fitting for casual wear.

I also ordered a 72" X 1-1/4" black nylon sling, with metal sliders. Yes, a USGI style sling for my AR. It worked with my M16s for 20 years, so why not now.

My god that thing is almost as old as me. I will admit that they are dead reliable and a good scope, just older than both myself and ajol combined.

Let me know how they work for you. I have been looking at them, but don't know anyone that has used one.

Waiting on it to arrive anxiously :D

It is used but in really nice shape. It was for sale here on the forum a few days back and I picked it up.

It's old school but I thought it would look right on the N-PAP and I love my AimPoints. I have 3 of them now.

My Cabela's caliber specific scope showed up a couple days ago as well for the Mosin build.

I have been wearing the Banks belts for a few years now. Very good belts. I routinely carry a 1911 with no sagging. Works well with jeans and most of my casual dress pants. Will not fit through the loops of Dickies© work pants without some effort, a problem easily solved by purchasing the Hanks Deputy gun belt, which is the same as the CCW belt, but in a 1 1/4" width.

My only complaint, and it's not much of a complaint, is the thickness of the buckle area when clinched. It sticks out about an inch.

The Hank's Gunner's Belts were a bit too small. They are a thicker stiffer leather than the cheapo belts I've been using, so they don't flex nor stretch like the cheapos, so additional length is needed. (Of course there might be a little bit more of me too!) The buckle does stick out about an inch, but that should settle in as the belt breaks in. This belt will support IWB or OWB with most all concealable handguns. My old work belt is still usable and it was a 12 oz belt, so these 14 oz belts should last me the rest of my life, (assuming I don't get too big for them!)
