OK, so my turn!! Received my Versacarry on Monday and let it sit with my slightly upgraded P365 for 48 hours as they said in their instructions for break-in. Believe it or not I got the Glock 19 (Size 1) version as the "Gas Pedals" on the Icarus Precision grip module are the sticking point. I have had a hell of a time finding a holster for it but this fit GREAT.

When I went to checkout I saw an additional item and figured it was on end of year clearance also so I picked it up for IWB, very minimalist. Carried with the IWB yesterday, worked great and gotta say I love it. Carried the OWB for a few hours today - SUPER comfortable, handgun was still a little tight but it felt way better then when I first put it in.

Well, I'll never do business with we the people holsters again.

They finally answered the phone and I was told that they apologized for the mistake but they couldn't ship me the two free holsters anymore because the promotion I used was over but they were running a new one so I could return my belt and use the new promo code. Apparently if you opted to create an account with them, which they ask you to do multiple times during your order, the order counts as coming from their website and not through the link on social media which is the only way to get the deal.

They wanted me to return my $47 purchase that was supposed to come with 2 free mag holders to order a $110 belt and holster combination to get the two free mag holders that I was supposed to get in the first order.

I asked them if they forgot to add the word "fuck" between 'we' and 'the people' in their logo. I got hung up on... 😆

I love my core carry AG setup with the M&P and Glock shells. Loving the Versacarry for the 1911 thus far.

I actually like the support of belt from we the people, but the buckle and velcro strap system is a bit cumbersome, so I wouldn't really recommend it. But it works for a normal belt, so I guess I'm back on the hunt for a better gun belt.

They work pretty good, the endo mags work great too - I think it looks more natural in a standard AR receiver too.

Of course still need an AR-9 upper w/BCG no matter what.

Yeah, so….about that….

I bought the Sylvan arms 9 mm adapter, and a Foxtrot Mike 9 mm BCG, a 16” Alpha Shooting Sports barrel, 2 15” Lakota Ops MLOK handguards, a JE Machine Car15 Commando buttstock, a 45 degree ambi safety and three Armaspec Sound Mitigation Buffers, two for the AR 15, one for the AR10, and three spacers so I can use them in a rifle, or carbine.
The sale prices were strong….except the barrel. Not like it used to be.

Already have the stripped upper, and plenty of lowers to swap and pin on it.

I also still have a finished 4” barreled upper that is sitting in a box. Still not sure how sensible that thing is, but it balances well with a no-brace pistol lower.

Yep, they got the spring but no pin. Checked gunbroker and even a few places I’ve never heard of before. If I don’t have a choice, i may have to just try to get a used complete slide assembly and hope the pin is still good.

PT945 Firing Pin

Hey Shooters, I need to replace the firing pin in my 945, Taurus doesnt sell this part. Id rather not have to pay to ship the gun, and go along with all the risks that comes with. Is there anyplace I can scoop on of these up?

I went blowback, so just a bolt, not a bolt-carrier group for gas or delayed-blowback, and you can shave standard uppers to kick out a 9x19mm case just like you would for .458 SOCOM.

What I don't like about Endomags, which goes back to an inherent weakness of the AR-9 platform, is when you remove the mag you remove the ejector. Last year we had a negligent shooting at a gunshow that I suspect was partially enabled by Endomags, and the vendor removing the magazine before cycling the action, then failing to check the chamber.

Bought a used ATN X-Sight II HD 5-20x Day/Night Scope today. The guy posted it a few weeks ago on the local gun trader website. I’d been debating whether or not I needed it. Everything I researched online was positive. One shot zero, recoil activated video recording, easy ranging and IR night vision.
I mounted it on my 18” Grendel, but you can save multiple profiles in the scope so it can easily be used on multiple rifles.
Now I just need to figure out how to use it. I’ve watched a lot of videos and downloaded the manual. Seems less complicated than the Burris Eliminator. It is different in that the ATN is full digital.
I don’t hunt, but I might have to start.
