More than likely, but the new "bot" accounts are people who get paid to join forums.

Depends on the market, they aren't really collector guns, they are more like solid actions to build a better gun with. They are good solid guns, 8 mm isn't that big of a help in value, and there are a few things that Husky did to make the guns cheaper to build, that will turn off a real Mauser guy. But they run well, and if the barrel is good, they'll shoot well. I've seen them in the $300-$500 range.

Bought a little Rossi M685 38spl. Used in good condition. $200.00. Did I need it..no, but a good working condition firearm in that price range nowadays is hard to come by. Add it to my imagejpeg_0.jpg wheel gun collection.

Very nice, looks like 2.5" barrel and square butt. I'd have paid what the tag says.

Well so far I have 300.00 in cash and trade in this. Will probably put another 100.00 into it at the gunsmith to get a scope mounted onto it. I don't mind it being in 8mm, makes it different than all the 270s, 308s and 30/06s I have. Now I need a 7mm something.

7mm-08. I like the 7x57, and it’s better for the heavier end of the 7 mm bullets, but the short action and ammo availability favors the -08.

Or go big boy and get the RemMag.

Didn't buy it, but was given a S&W 422 that needs some work.

I haven't picked it up yet, but I've been told it's a jam-o-matic and the slide assembly and mags were lost in a field the last time it jammed when the previous owner was drunk and attempted to shoot himself.

They can be finicky on some ammo. Wolff sells different weight recoil springs to remedy that for them.

    Wanna sell the grips?

How? It jammed during a suicide attempt. I would say that's the opposite of cursed.

I have a 422 that won’t run, too. Tried 5 or 6 types of ammo. Sad, all my other “less good” Smiths run great.

That's why when I do it I'm using a JHP. Don't want to cost my family any of the valuable inheritance.
