You left out drooly of it is a tooth neat the front! Been there done that 6 times. I inherited my dads teeth. Roots all died around 40 then they rot.

Breaded pork chop that I pan fried, last of the thanksgiving stuffing from the freezer, my standard salad with tomato and cucumber. Taking coumadin so I need to eat a certain amount of Vit K every day to keep my levels normal. And Vit K is most abundant in certain greens.

Marinate in soy, bit of oil, splash rice vinegar, sliced garlic, sliced onion, red pepper flake or chopped chilis for 1-2 hours for thin sliced pieces.
Drain, reserve the marinade. Fry the meat in a very hot wok until done to taste, when it is almost done I add the garlic and onion from the marinade. When done(only brown the garlic or it gets bitter) remove meat and set aside. Then in the wok with whatever veg you want, I often use only broccoli for this. When you veg is partially cooked add the meat/onion/garlic back and add your sauce of choice.
