Damn it was goodHowzbout PMing that res-u-p to dear ole Dad. All those spices are supposed to be good for my heart. Love Indian - never tried Thai.

Me likes cottage cheese and peachesTerrible country fried steak. Mashed potatoes, coleslaw, cottage cheese with peaches, corn muffin, and a roll. Waitress gave me free chocolate pie
My favoriteTonight we ate American. Chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries, and lots of antacid.
Deluxe or California is what it's called here in the ND, MN area.So a Deluxe Burger?
I have a ems/tens unit. It's wonderful. Did you buy it? If not you can get a Dr. Prescription and order one online. It's cheaper than buying it from a health care place. The physical therapy people gave me the site they buy theirs from and it cost me $120 maybe. Verse $400 they wanted here.I thought that burger was home made.
Brown rice, sugar peas, green pepper, haven't gone to the store yet...on my way to work conditioning therapy. Then go shopping............ I love the Tens units!
I have some butt ripping homegrown Tabasco peppers in the freezer. This may be more Kung-Pow-ish.
Ha ha.I don't own a tens unit. It's a thought. I could have sworn the ones they sell at my PT place are $45. I like the battery powered ones.
I won't post the pic.............. please delete if against the rules..........

I should us it more but I keep forgetting about it. Instead I bitch about the pain.I bought a 4-channel TENS/EMS unit myself years ago. Runs on batteries or plugs in to the wall. Can't even remember the name of it, but it was from Asia somewhere. My old PT place set it up for me and every once in a while I still use it, when the pain gets really bad.
