Picked up 7# of pork ribs yesterday while in town. This morning I got the electric smoker out and started heating up. Using hickory wood chips for the smoke w/small pan of water on one rack, to keep ribs from drying out or charring. I sprinkled down the ribs with some Italian seasoning and onion powder. Should be done by 3pm, then a chow down on ribs and french fries. Followed by vanilla ice cream and angel food cake.
