Make me feel inadequate.

Mine has Tylenol and Motrin, bandaids, gauze, tape, alcohol wipes, antibiotic ointment, bug repellent, Imodium, chapstick, Vaseline, tweezers, and a pair of scissors. Really just a Boo-Boo kit.

That's just an IFAK kit based on a trauma issue. I have meds in another pouch. Bandaids in a third pouch, airway in a 4th, and bleeding in a 5th. Then there's survival gear...

I have several 8"x6"x4" pouches I'm using to make the larger medic bag modular, but the IFAK on my chest rig is 8"×6"×2" and the CAT is mounted on the exterior of the pouch for field expediency. It's stuffed though.

As a former instructor of TCCC, my IFAK is based off of those recommendations. I also carry the boo boo kit which covers the rest. My medic bags covers all of that plus a lot of gauze for packing. Sutures. Cauterizing pens and several other items that take a physicians order to purchase. A SAM splint. Probably more. I need to break it out and do out dates on it next month. Will update then. The IFAK is for self care or buddy care for you. Very important to have equipment in the same area and laid out the same way if you are working with a group.
Unfortunately my physician would not sign off on the ketamine lollipop. :(
