Monson (MA) police investigators developed information that methamphetamine was being distributed from a residence and on January 25th, officers executed a search warrant at the suspects’ address. Multiple items including suspected methamphetamine, three firearms (two of which had defaced serial numbers), a replica firearm and multiple rounds of ammunition were seized.

I see a Glock (#1), a Walther P38 (#4), a Lorcin L22 (#3), and I'm guessing #2 is the "replica".
Oh, and the AR mags must go to an -invisible- ghost gun.

#'s1, 2 & 4 all have loaded mags accompanying them. #3 looks fake as shit. Especially around the trigger. I originally wanted to say #1 because there's still a mag inserted in it. But the loaded mag above it goes to it. And you sure those aren't AK mags?

#2 is a P80 frame. Most likely somewhere between totally functional and omg throw it at someone, depending who drilled and 20%'d it.

You can tell by the trigger guard, rail and the slide. Aftermarket slide serrations run on an angle, where as Glock run perpendicular or more squared off.

The AR15 you can't see, it is next to the scale, but it's a ghost... duh...

Edit: Plus... the police department must be really slow... because 4 firearms some cash, a scale and "multiple rounds" of ammo is not exactly a big haul... I love how they make it seem like they just saved the county from WWIII sometimes lol.

This guy is in big doo-doo. At least 1 of those looks like an assault pistol.

🤣
Kinda surprised they didn't call them Nazi drug dealers with the P38 :p

But yeah, I know it's prolly the "brass" showing that stuff off... Like I still watch the Philly news where I am, whenever there is a "big" bust and they "seize" 500 rounds of ammo the PR officer talking to the newscasters is hilarious... they are all like omg 500 rounds, that's enough to start a war!!!

Maybe the P-38 is the replica? I remember as a kid w/ the Collector's Armory catalog drooling over all the guns I'd read about in the history books.
With a loaded magazine? The bottom right one. Not likely.

Looks like they all have loaded mags. If we're sticking w/ the premise that the police report is actually correct that a replica of a firearm was seized, then I would expect it to be the Glock or the P-38, as they are some of the most common replicas.

More likely, they meant home made firearm, in which case it's rather likely they meant the Polymer 80 Glock clone. I'd be curious to know if you have to hold the .22 magazine in place w/ your other hand to get the little pistol to feed properly, if if that 10? round magazine actually locks into place and feeds properly.

The Lorcin L22 is a weird looking gun.
Jim Waldorf had a thing for odd shaped trigger guards. Here's another look at one.

They could be AKs.
I don't see any lugs on the back. One is def an AR but the one could be a AR-47 mag, maybe? Got that weird angle going on.

The two-handed grip was all the rage in the 80's, and you were supposed to wrap your non-dominant index finger around the trigger guard before we figgered out you were really supposed to put a flashlight down there like ze Nazis.

Uh, both of those are stock AR-15 mags, no weird angle whatsoever. When you see an AR-47 30 rounder, you'll know.

Why I said maybe... duh lol

I have a few 7.62x39 "AR" mags. Not every brand is created equal, I can show you a pic or two. Depends on 20, 25, 28 also on that angle.

But yeah, I would tend to agree and think they are 223 mags.

I just went through my mag stash last night and have 4x complete loadouts of UniMags that I bought by dribs & drabs before they closed their doors. But externally, it looks like a stock AR-15 30 round mag, no weird angle.

I’m not seeing mags for gun 3?
Is that not a .22 LR mag in the lower right-hand corner, non-matching, but might work if held in place? Had a buddy w/ a Taurus 92, he'd hold a Beretta or SIG or somesuch mag in place b/c the magcatch wouldn't grab. I bought him a Taurus mag to solve the problem.

Have heard that seized guns often have a mismash of ammo in them, not surprised by a non-matching mag if that's it.

Who would make a replica of a Lorcin?

I would guess the P38, just because it looks pretty good, and I have no idea of why someone would make a replica of the other 3 :), and I am far from an expert on the P38, but the front sight on it is not something I have ever seen on one.

No….guys. That’s a P38 mag in the bottom top right corner. And those are 9 mm….and now you know why the .45 guys laugh at 9 mm.😂
Seriously. I own a P38, and that’s what the gun uses. The front sight looks like it’s been broken or filed off. But that’s what the base looks like.
I don’t think gun three is a replica, I think it’s a POS. To me, gun #2 looks fake. Look at the muzzle.
Here’s a P38 mag….
