I just scarfed down a huge plate of pork roast nachos, do I'm foundered for s bit
Dang, all I did was grill a couple of burgers and some hot dogs, ha ha. I am smoking a couple of racks of ribs right now though. I still can't compete with that.

Smoked a whole chicken today. Ate the legs and wings, rest will get stripped down tomorrow then I will make smoked chicken stock. Meat and stock will be frozen for soup as I recover from neck surgery. Can't beat smoked chicken soup!
No picture but tonight was the first grill night of the year. Fresh kielbasa, cheddar brats, Nathan's hotdogs, and homemade Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey baked beans.

I like a good cooking thread. I'm making home made ham and bean soup.its about a three day process.I made the stock from the Easter ham.

It looks great but I doubt you'd want it after a 8 day trip through the postal system.
That stuff is nothing. Now this is good eating BBQ rat.
Tonight was a simple meal. Chicken speedies, applesauce, and green beans. Couple of folks who know southern tier cuisine will know what speedies are.
So Rach, are you a Pork Roll guy too or is that too Jersey for ya?
Good food can never be 'too regional' for a fat guy.
