Why doesn't HP offer a .22 ?

  1. Just curious - isn't the .22 caliber about the most popular in the world - due to ease of use, non-intimidation (with new shooters), and cost of ammo?

Maybe because the calibers already offered are so cost effective to begin with?
  2. You can already get good .22LR pistols for <$200. And HP probably wouldn't sell the millions of 'em that S&W/Ruger/Beretta/etc. do to be able to match 'em as far as mass production cost savings go. Just my opinion, I have no idea or scientific data, just a hunch.

  3. Colt is in there too.
  4. my little colt .22 is a peach to shoot..
