Been looking at a ZIP 22LR and US Arms has a rail that mounts to the Zip so you can mount the Zip to a picatinny rail of a rifle. Why ???

I'd buy the zip gun if it came with the AR attached above it for free!

I would love to have one of those attached the bottom of my deer rifle. Just before calling it a day, I could get revenge on those [email protected] squrriels that keep me from napping in my stand... I spend all year dreaming about "those perfect naps" I get in my stand only to have my plans foiled by some <1lb monsters that think barking and dropping nuts on my head is some how going to run me off.... Yes I could dispatch them with a high power round, but that's to expensive...

You have to have a ATF approved Form1 in order to legally mount the zipgun to the rail on any long gun cause once u mount it it becomes a SBR.

Problem - Sales of your silly niche gun are way down.

Solution - Re-market it as a tacticool accessory.

Wyatt Earp carried a derringer in his waistband. The modern militia mounts their derringer on their rifle. I still think a derringer in your waistband is more useful.

Do they even work yet? They are the definition of failed design.

It won't work who has 22LR ammo or hates lawn gnomes that much?
Normally something this stupid comes from the minds of Redjacket but can't blame them this time!

Maybe a bayonet just doesn't have enough range, and way too much accuracy?

Barking squirrels are why I hunt with PPU ammo. It only costs fifty cents to send 150gr of lead at 2,900 fps his way. Shooting squirrels is a good way to check your sights and cheek weld. I am not worried about scaring deer. Deer have a short memory. I don't know how many doubles I have got by shooting another deer while dragging a deer out. When I shoot a deer, even if I am certain I killed the deer, I top off my gun.

40mm HE rounds would definitely quiet noisy tree rats..... And provide a handy mid-morning jerky treat!
